A joining fee may apply when rejoining. The amount of the joining fee and the conditions for its application will be published on The Club website, App, or other official communication channels before the membership agreement is concluded.

What does membership include?

Membership provides access to The Club's core services according to the selected package, including the gym, relaxation area with saunas and experience showers, coworking area, and other membership-related benefits.

Can I choose my payment date?

No. Your membership payment date is determined by the membership start date. Monthly payments will then be charged on the same date each month.

Can I pay for my membership in cash?

Can I pause my membership or take a training break?

No. The Club memberships do not include the option to pause or freeze a membership.

No. The Club does not offer group, family, or similar discounts.

Yes. Prices for new memberships and services may change over time. Current prices are always published on The Club website, App, or other official communication channels.

Any price changes to existing memberships will only be applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specific membership.

What happens after the commitment period of a Core or Signature membership ends?

Before the end of your commitment period, The Club will present the available continuation options in the App.

You may:

- start a new membership with a commitment period based on the offers available at that time;
- continue with a Flex membership according to the current price list;
- end your membership when the commitment period expires.

If you do not make a selection before the end of the commitment period, your membership will automatically continue as a Flex membership according to the current price list.

Should I download The Club app already?

Yes. We recommend downloading The Club app as soon as possible after joining. This allows you to create your account, explore the environment, and be ready for the opening. New content, features, and important information will be added gradually as the opening approaches.

How do I access the club?

Accepted Answer

Access to The Club requires a valid membership or other valid access right. Entry is provided through The Club app using a QR code or NFC technology.

Is parking free for The Club visitors?

Yes. Visitors of The Club can park free of charge for up to four (4) hours in the T1 Centre parking facilities. After the free parking period ends, parking fees will apply according to T1 Centre's parking regulations and pricing.

Can I visit the club without my phone?

Accepted Answer

Generally, no. Using The Club's services requires The Club app, and access to the club is managed via your phone. During staffed hours, customer service may assist with access in exceptional circumstances according to the applicable rules. This solution is intended only for occasional exceptions and does not replace regular access through the app.

Do I need to bring my own sauna towel?

No. The Club provides all visitors with access to a sauna towel so you can comfortably use the sauna and relaxation area after your workout. You are welcome to bring your own towel if preferred.

No. The Club does not offer free trial workouts or free trial periods.

Does The Club offer Reformer Pilates?

Yes. The Club offers Reformer Pilates classes.

No. The separate fee structure allows The Club to provide classes according to demand and availability. Members may participate in an unlimited number of classes, provided places are available and reservations have been made correctly.

How do I book a group class?

You can browse and book group classes through the The Club app or on our website. Each class is subject to an additional fee, which is displayed during the booking process. By confirming your booking, you agree to the applicable fee being charged to your account.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 hours before the class begins. If you cancel later than this or do not attend the class, the booking will be considered used and the applicable fee will still be charged, regardless of the reason.

What happens if the class is fully booked?

If a class is full, you can join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you'll receive a notification in the The Club app and will have 15 minutes to confirm your place. If you do not confirm within that time, the spot will automatically be offered to the next member on the waiting list.

What should I know before attending a class?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts so you have time to get ready and the session can begin on schedule. Reformer Pilates classes are conducted in socks.

What happens if a class is cancelled?

If there are not enough participants registered, a class may be cancelled. All registered members will be notified, and no fee will be charged for a cancelled class.

Can I reserve a permanent workstation in the coworking area?

No. The coworking area is shared, and membership does not grant the right to a designated or permanent workstation. Workstations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I use meeting rooms in the coworking area?

Yes. Meeting room use is free of charge for Club Members. Meeting rooms can be booked subject to availability and The Club's booking and usage terms.

Can I bring friends or acquaintances to the club?

Yes. You are welcome to introduce The Club to your friends and colleagues through guest passes.The number of guest passes available, their validity period, and the applicable purchase and usage terms are described in the Special Terms for the Use of Services.

Yes, provided the guest has a valid right of entry to The Club. The Club is a private facility, and its spaces may only be used by individuals with a valid membership, visitor pass, or other valid access right.
